I’m Rachel Kunstadt, a licensed psychotherapist in NYC, following a 15 year career writing and producing musical theatre. I work with tweens, teens, and adults, incorporating my theatre background within a relational and contemporary psychoanalytic approach.

My style is warm, creative, and playful. Together, we play with what feels uncertain, messy, and a little uncomfortable. I follow what feels alive between us, welcoming laughter and embracing surprise.
